Welcome to Willoughby
Welcome to the Willoughby Parish Council website.
Willoughby is a small rural parish to the south-east of Rugby located between Dunchurch and Daventry in the Leam Valley. The A45 runs through the middle of the parish with the Oxford Canal running roughly parallel a little further east. The nearby villages of Dunchurch, Barby and Braunston offer a range of facilities and are only a five minute drive away. We also have good access to Rugby and Daventry and the M45 motorway.
Please explore our website to find out more about our parish, the thriving social scene you will find here and the work done by the Parish Council.

New Councillor
Grahame Ash
We are delighted that Grahame has agreed to join the Parish Council. He was co-opted onto the Parish Council at the meeting on 4 February 2025. We now have five councillors after a lengthy period with only four.
Grahame moved to Willoughby in late November 2024 and lives at Manor Farm Barns. He was both a parish councillor and a district councillor in Oxfordshire before moving abroad some years ago. You will have the opportunity to meet Grahame at Parish Council meetings and at the Annual Community Meeting.
Parish Council Meeting in February 2025
The meeting due to be held on 11 February will take place on 4 February at 7.00pm in the Village Hall instead.
You are very welcome to attend to ask questions or to raise issues you think the Parish Council may be able to help with. Or, you may just wish to find out what
happens at a meeting.
