Climbing Equipment - Official Opening

The new climbing equipment was officially opened on 26 March at 9:00 a.m. by Connie and Lilly, who together with their friend, Evie, originally identified the need for more adventurous equipment and wrote to the Parish Council.

Rod Honess, who managed the project, was thanked as were Alan Belgrove, Richard and Helen Heckford, Mr and Mrs Carlisle and all the residents in the parish who contributed to raising the necessary funds.

The sun shone as Connie and Lilly cut the vibrant pink ribbon to declare the equipment open amid great applause.
