We are delighted that Stuart has agreed to join the Parish Council. We now have five councillors after a lengthy period with only four.
Stuart was co-opted onto the Parish Council at the meeting on 4 October 2022. He moved to Willoughby in early 2020 and lives at Manor Farm Barns. You will have the opportunity to meet Stuart at Parish Council meetings and he has offered to act as the facilitator for two volunteer groups - Community Speed Watch and the Traffic: Research and Report group.
